Sales and Marketing:

• We have a dedicated and motivated team of sales representatives throughout the country and managed by our National Sales Manager.
• Our East and West coast warehouses are strategically located to serve the customers in timely fashion.
• Our New ERP (ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING) software is customized software for quick processing of orders via EDI, Fax, Email and Transnet.
• From our web-site, you can download our comprehensive catalog.  It  is also available in traditional print or electronic format, both Activant  and Wrenchead.
• Private label and Bulk Packaging are available.
• Drop ship programs are available.
• Bar-coding capability is available.
• Toll Free Technical assistance can be accessed Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm.

Manufacturing:

• Quality products are guaranteed by an independently certified SGS(INTERNATIONAL INSPECTION AGENCY) manufacturing facility, All plants are  ISO 9001 and TS169469 certified, employing over 600 workers.
• Plants are equipped with new generation state of the art Injection and Transfer  molding machines.
• A team of engineers and technicians, who are qualified and trained in the manufacturing process, oversee production and quality control. Our new addition is a DYNAMIC TESTING MACHINE, which simulates the effect a mounts is subjected to during the actual driving of the car. This test is a close to live-engine testing you can have in a laboratory.  In this fashion we can confirm that our products will perform properly in the field.
• A dedicated vendor base, with strict quality guidelines, checks all products to meet our Quality Control specifications.

Research and Development:

• A well-equipped R&D department for new developments, product design and process improvement is in-house.
• The plant has an in-house test laboratory equipped with various endurance test machines, generating real-time stress on components. Products pass through numerous quality checks; at incoming, during process, and at pre-dispatch stage to eliminate defects.
